Aloud ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Voice recordings. When you complete a session, your voice is recorded locally on your device and sent to Microsoft Azure Speech Services for pronunciation analysis. The audio is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers. Microsoft's privacy policy applies to this processing.
Session data. Your session scores, streaks, transcripts, and pronunciation results are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage / SQLite). This data does not leave your device unless you are signed in (see below).
Account data. If you sign in, your session history and profile settings may be synced to our backend to enable cross-device access. We store only the minimum data needed for this purpose.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
Session data stored locally on your device remains until you delete the app. If you delete your account, we will remove any server-side data within 30 days.
Aloud is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You may request deletion of any account data by contacting us at pedychsergii@gmail.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

Aloud is a personal pronunciation practice tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app.
Your voice recordings are processed solely to provide pronunciation feedback. We do not use your voice recordings for any other purpose, including training AI models.
We aim to keep Aloud available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Aloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pronunciation scores are generated by automated speech analysis and may not be perfectly accurate in all cases. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the app's feedback.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aloud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based.
